Express Delivery

All orders of large items that are ordered before 12pm are shipped with an express delivery service with a UK courier, which most typically means ‘next day’. This obviously excludes Fridays, as the couriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

So if you order at 10am UK time on a Tuesday, you should receive your order by Wednesday. But, while we can’t guarantee this happens in every case, it should be correct for 98% of orders we process.

If you order at any time on a Friday, the next delivery day will be Monday (providing it’s not a Bank Holiday).

If you order on the weekend, the courier is only able to pick up the items on Monday from us. So the next available delivery date would be Tuesday at the earliest.

Free Delivery

While we do offer free shipping to the majority of locations within the UK, there are some areas we’re unable to provide this, and must ask for a small surcharge. These include some parts of the Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland. This is simply due to the high charges that our courier service has.
